Brighton’s noise-pop duo Dreamcoaster today (Friday 1 Sept) release new 4-track EP “Say Nothing”, featuring their latest single “Careful What You Wish For” and previous single “Say Nothing”.
The EP is available now on digital and limited edition (100) hand-numbered CD through the band’s Duck Race Recording Co. label. It’s available to buy now at dreamcoaster.bandcamp.com. Links to stream the EP can be found at linktr.ee/dreamcoaster.
Four new tracks feature on the “Say Nothing EP”, including “Closer Than Comfort” which has already become a live favourite, noted for Jane’s hypnotic melodica playing.
Recent single “Say Nothing” reflects on the horrors of school discipline and an especially vindictive teacher, in Dreamcoaster’s usual style of telling torrid tales through strong melodies with uplifting harmonies.

“Say Nothing” is the follow up to 2022’s “Dreamcoaster EP” (Spinout Nuggets SN056) and sees the band collaborate once more with Steve Whitfield, one-time The Cure desk-wizard who mixed Dreamcoaster’s 2020 album “Encapsulation”.
